Our latest feature now supports free lap time reporting with compatible Polar GPS watches. "Quick Session" is a simplified LITPro experience, but it's still compatible with any track, anywhere in the world. If you've never experienced LITPro but want to get started, this is a perfect option for the first time user. It's also a great solution for individuals who only want to see their lap times.
Quick Sessions require very little effort, the entire process couldn't be easier. Wear a compatible Polar GPS watch during your session and sync it Polar Flow. Completed sessions will be automatically pulled over to the MX or Road App for your review.
Download the MX or Road App from the iTunes App Store. Create a new LITPro account or sign into an existing.
Find the link to "manage Polar access" under the account screen menu () in the top right. Follow the guided instructions to link your LITPro and Polar Flow accounts.
Select "mountain biking" as your activity type and complete a session with your Polar Watch.
Sync your watch with Polar Flow. The completed session will be automatically pulled over to the MX or Road App for your review.
We'll display some basic information for each of your sessions in the summary view. This includes total duration, number of laps, distance traveled and average speed. You'll also see your consistency score to monitor your progression over time.
In conjunction with lap times and a session summary, you'll also see your heart rate range for each lap. While Polar's optical Precision Prime works very well, sometimes it can be challenging to keep the watch sensor stationary on your wrist. Pairing your watch with an H10 sensor will give you the best heart rate accuracy.
